Position Summary:
We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to oversee efficient inbound and outbound operations at the Nestlé Distribution Center. This position requires strong leadership abilities to effectively manage the team and make critical decisions regarding daily operations.
A typical day involves:
– Ensuring optimal staff utilization and management of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) during shifts
– Coordinating transport availability
– Enforcing compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Key Qualifications:
– Experience in Distribution Operations or Supply Chain
– Proficiency in MS Office and SAP “MH Modules”.
