Job Description
Neon Chemicals (Pakistan) is currently looking for a Front Desk Officer. Applicants must be at least 30 years old and possess excellent spoken and interpersonal skills, with a strong proficiency in English for effective international communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to phone calls and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Receiving and distributing letters and packages.
- Preparing outgoing mail and managing email correspondence.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
- Maintaining accurate records of contacts.
- Coordinating meeting schedules.
- Ensuring the front desk area is tidy and presentable.
