Job Description
Naqdi is seeking a full-time, in-person Customer Service Executive to deliver exceptional back-office and customer support. The ideal candidate will communicate clearly, manage time effectively, and resolve issues proactively under pressure.
- Required: proven back-office or customer support experience; strong written and verbal communication;
- Technical: proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, and customer service platforms;
- Skills: excellent attention to detail, multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving;
- Preferred: KYC verification experience, familiarity with support quality assurance, and flexibility for varied hours.
Job type: Full-time, in-person. Compensation: Rs50,00–Rs55,00 per month.
