Job Description
Multinet Pakistan Private Limited is in search of a highly motivated and experienced Senior HR Operations Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations with an emphasis on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, in addition to developing HR policies that align with our organizational objectives.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, a comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, is mandatory.
