Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Floor Manager to lead daily operations at Mr. Cod Peshawar. This critical role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, upholding quality and safety standards, and effectively managing staff performance during shifts.
Key responsibilities include supervising restaurant operations, addressing customer concerns, scheduling staff duties, and ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the fast food or restaurant sector and exhibit strong leadership capabilities.
Job Type: Full-time. Applicants must be available to work 12-hour shifts, have relevant management experience, and be fluent in both Urdu and English.
