Job Description
We are seeking a courteous, professional Inbound Call Center Representative to handle customer inquiries, deliver accurate product information, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Answer inbound calls and document interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate teams and achieve performance targets.
- Exhibit strong communication, problem-solving skills, and patience.
Minimum high school diploma required; prior call center or customer service experience and basic computer proficiency preferred. Flexible shifts and comprehensive training provided.
