Mindzeye Inc. is inviting applications for the position of Calling Agent. We are looking for a dedicated candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to engage customers and possess exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to clients
- Address inbound inquiries
- Promote our products and services
- Keep comprehensive logs of calls
- Achieve designated targets
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of calling experience, excellent communication skills, and sales closing ability. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
