Job Description
Mindwhiz is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer specialized in US practices to become a vital part of our enthusiastic team as a Senior Cost Estimator. You will contribute significantly to a range of exciting construction projects from inception to completion.
Position: Senior Cost Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent
Location: DHA Phase 5, Lahore
Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs200,00.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop comprehensive estimates based on project blueprints.
– Collaborate effectively with project teams.
– Evaluate designs to identify cost-effective alternatives.
– Oversee tender documents to ensure accurate bidding.
Requirements:
– At least 2 years of estimation experience within a US context.
– Proficient in using estimation software.
– Excellent communication abilities.
