Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation Controller to become a valuable member of our team at MGA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD. This pivotal role will support our Human Resources and administrative operations by ensuring the accuracy and security of employee records, HR policies, and internal processes within our automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR-related documentation, including employee files and contracts.
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain version control of sensitive documents.
- Assist in upholding document control procedures across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in document control or HR/Admin support.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month | Work Location: In-person
