Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is actively seeking a motivated Night Shift Supervisor to lead operations during the night shift at our sheet metal and automotive manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess 2-3 years of experience in production management and will report directly to the Night Shift Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production activities during the night shift
- Ensure production goals and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Monitor employee attendance and uphold disciplinary standards
- Coordinate with quality control and maintenance teams
- Maintain high safety and efficiency standards
- Prepare detailed reports at the end of each shift
Compensation: Rs55,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month | Employment Type: Full-time
