Job Description

MeshSq is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Upwork Bidder to discover new business opportunities and craft customized proposals to secure projects on Upwork and similar platforms. You will work closely with our marketing and project teams to ensure client satisfaction from the initial contact.

Responsibilities:

• Bid on relevant projects and develop professional proposals.
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements.
• Meet monthly targets for leads and project conversions.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a bidding role on Upwork or similar platforms.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines.

Salary: 80,00 to 100,00 PKR per month

Office Hours: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
