Job Description
Meds Nexus is on the lookout for a talented Sales Specialist/Sr. Sales Specialist or Business Development Analyst to join our Pre-Sales department. The ideal candidate will possess strong English communication skills, ideally with a North American accent. This role offers a competitive salary supplemented by commission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales communications.
- Transform leads into loyal clients.
- Arrange meetings through Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Compile analysis reports and document meeting minutes.
- Resolve customer complaints by providing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support.
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about US Healthcare.
