Job Description
Medheave Healthcare IT Services is currently in search of a dedicated Client Relationship Manager who excels at building strong partnerships and providing exceptional service. This position requires an effective communicator willing to work on-site evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering trust and satisfaction.
- Oversee the onboarding process and facilitate smooth client transitions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and gather feedback.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
