Job Description
Mclean Intelligent Workforce is looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to join our Business Development department. In this essential role, you will guide, mentor, and inspire a team of inside sales representatives. Your main responsibilities will include creating strategic sales plans, monitoring team performance, refining sales techniques, and recruiting new talent.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, along with over 4 years of inside sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. A proven ability to meet sales goals and outstanding leadership skills are crucial for success.
