Job Description
Mars BPO is hiring Lead Closing Executives to engage prospects, verify information, and independently close sales. Key duties include outbound calling, confirming customer details, presenting products, overcoming objections, closing deals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Requirements: strong verbal persuasion, confident and self-driven, target-oriented; sales or call center experience preferred; able to work with minimal supervision.
