Job Description
Major Foods Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and skilled individual with substantial experience in customer service administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct telesales for existing customer orders.
- Generate sales invoices for customers.
- Cold call potential new clients as part of a commission scheme.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or food service.
- At least 3 years of experience in English-speaking customer service roles.
- Fluency in English with a commitment to excellence.
