Job Description
Magna Foodservice Limited is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any complaints, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve complaints to promote a positive customer experience.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge for effective support.
