Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Billing and Insurance Specialist to oversee patient billing, insurance verification, claim submission, and timely follow-up. Core duties include preparing and submitting claims, resolving denials, coordinating with insurers and patients, posting payments, and maintaining accurate records in EHR/billing systems.
Requirements: minimum 2 years of medical billing experience, working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, familiarity with insurance policies and billing/EHR software, strong attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: CBCS certification or equivalent and experience handling claims appeals. This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and a collaborative healthcare environment.
