Job Description
Macrise Tech Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Patient Eligibility Specialist to join our revenue cycle team. This essential position involves verifying insurance coverage accurately and coordinating patient benefits to optimize billing processes and enhance the overall patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify insurance coverage and communicate directly with healthcare providers.
- Document eligibility and benefits information in our electronic health records system.
- Obtain prior authorizations and ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations.
- Work in collaboration with the collections team to manage unpaid balances and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
