Job Description
Mac Care is currently seeking dedicated doctors and physicians to fill the role of Patient Outreach Specialists for our night shift operations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound patient calls, ensuring effective communication regarding appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Accurately input and maintain patient information in electronic health records (EHR).
- Verify health insurance details and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM PKST).
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Able to Work in a Team
- Good Communication Skills
- No Criminal Record
- Willing to Be Placed in the Designated Work Location
