Job Description
Partners in Development (PID), a leading engineering consulting firm, seeks a skilled Business Development Assistant & Proposal Writer. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, with 5–10 years’ experience preparing technical and financial proposals—preferably for engineering consultancies or donor-funded projects.
- Familiarity with government and multilateral procurement (World Bank, ADB, UN agencies) preferred.
- Strong technical writing, editing, organization, and coordination skills; proficient in MS Office, AI tools, and digital platforms.
- Responsibilities include reviewing RFPs/EOIs, drafting and finalizing proposals, coordinating technical inputs, maintaining a proposal library, and tracking opportunities.
