Job Description
Company Overview: Lunar Furniture is an expanding manufacturing company specializing in modern furniture and innovative interior solutions. We are currently looking for a committed Human Resource Executive (Male) to enhance our HR operations in both our office and factory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll.
- Prepare essential HR documentation.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance.
- Support the performance management system.
- Act as a liaison between management and staff.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and 2 years of relevant experience are preferred.
