Job Description
Illumina Technology Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner operating across the USA, Canada, India, and Pakistan, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist for the Customer Experience & Growth (CXG) team. This role will drive partner-facing events—such as Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Bootcamps—to increase partner capability, accelerate product adoption, and improve customer outcomes.
- Lead demand generation, partner qualification, registration, and communications.
- Collaborate with product teams and solution architects to develop and manage technical content.
- Oversee end-to-end event planning, onsite execution, post-event analysis, and continuous improvements.
- Requires strong communication, organization, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills; Microsoft product familiarity preferred.
