Job Description
Link HR Consultants is in search of a meticulous Senior Accountant to become a vital part of our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, overseeing month-end and year-end processes, and accounting for property transactions.
Essential duties include maintaining accurate records of rental income and expenses, assisting with budget preparation, monitoring financial variances, and conducting financial modeling for real estate projects. Additionally, this role will provide support for audits, financial due diligence, and regulatory reporting.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
