Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly.
- Maintain an organized reception area.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff.
- Assist with data entry and clerical tasks.
- Handle visitor inquiries and provide accurate organization information.
- Support guests with registration and onboarding requirements.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate office upkeep.
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience required.
