Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Korangi Industrial Area. This role will involve developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing evaluations to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Additional responsibilities include building a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, collaborating with the HR team to address workforce needs, and representing the company at career fairs.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 1 to 3 years of talent acquisition experience, and exceptional communication skills.
