Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR professional to oversee our recruitment and onboarding processes. Key responsibilities include managing employee records, attendance, and payroll, as well as supporting performance management and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws, assist in training and development programs, and address employee inquiries effectively.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience. A strong understanding of HR functions, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally are essential.
This is a full-time position offering a salary of Rs70,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month, with a requirement for in-person work.
