Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is seeking a driven and experienced Global Sourcing Manager to lead our sourcing efforts with Chinese suppliers. You will oversee the end-to-end sourcing process—from Request for Quotation (RFQ) to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sourcing process, including RFQ, supplier negotiations, and delivery.
- Negotiate cost, quality, and contract terms.
- Analyze RFQ results and provide recommendations.
- Drive supplier performance and collaborate with teams.
- Manage design changes and adjust as needed.
Qualifications: B.COM/BBA/MBA or related degree in Supply Chain.
