Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd. is seeking a qualified Payroll Tax Specialist to enhance our team. The perfect candidate will possess extensive knowledge of U.S. payroll tax regulations, including FICA, Medicare, FUTA, and applicable state mandates. This position entails managing the preparation and submission of 1099 and W-2 forms, along with proficiency in payroll software such as ADP, Gusto, or Paychex.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to federal and state payroll tax regulations.
- Prepare and file 1099 and W-2 forms accurately.
- Reconcile payroll taxes and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in payroll tax.
