Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to oversee our night shift operations for facilities located in the USA. This position is fully remote and will be based in our back-office operations center. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English communication skills, strong remote operational management abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage nightly operations for USA-based facilities.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and operational requirements.
- Address operational concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Keep detailed logs of night shift activities and produce end-of-shift reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication abilities.
- Proven experience in managing virtual tasks with limited supervision.
