Job Description
TCB seeks an Expert Customer Service Representative to manage customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram. You will respond to product queries (mattresses, toppers, bedding, clearance), convert chats into COD orders, confirm details, provide pricing, discounts and delivery times, and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch. You will also handle complaints, returns, follow-ups, maintain daily records and adhere to SOPs.
- Qualifications: minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Fluent Urdu required; basic English is a plus
- Experience in CSR or online sales and familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages and Instagram DMs preferred
- Honest, punctual; full‑time, shift‑based
