Job Description
Join Kay Tronix Call Centre as a Customer Support Representative! We are looking for individuals who are available for night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM. This is an onsite job.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in Xfinity inbound calls sales campaigns.
- Strong communication skills and experience in call center environments.
- Ability to handle customer interactions while maintaining professional standards.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshoot service issues.
- Educate customers on products and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
