Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Ticketing & Reservation Specialist to join our team at Karwan-E-Khalil Travel & Tours. The successful candidate must be proficient in Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus for ticket issuance, reissuance, and refunds.
Job Requirements:
- ✅ 7-8 years of experience in the travel industry
- ✅ Expertise in handling walk-in customers, social media inquiries, and corporate clients
- ✅ Strong problem-solving skills and customer service expertise
Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience at Quality Aviation, American Express, or Sastaticket will be preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
