Jubilee Life Insurance is looking for a committed Front Desk Receptionist to enhance our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, playing a key part in fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors with professionalism and friendliness.
- Managing the front desk by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
- Coordinating with internal departments for effective visitor management.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries.
- Maintaining attendance and visitor logs.
- Providing administrative support as needed throughout the office.
