Job Description
Usman Group of Companies is on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and assessing marketing campaigns to achieve our sales objectives. Key responsibilities include managing the team, identifying marketing opportunities, and enhancing the marketability of our products, even under challenging conditions.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, along with 5+ years of relevant sales and marketing experience. Strong communication skills are essential. We prefer candidates between the ages of 35 and 45. Proficiency in English, Urdu, and Punjabi is an advantage.
