Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is excited to announce an opening for the position of Collection Officer/Recovery Officer. This full-time role is located in various regions including North Choota Sahiwal, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Jalalpur Jattan, Jouharabad, Noor Poor Thal, Sargodha, and Wazirabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up with customers regarding outstanding payments, negotiating payment plans, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to company policies.
Qualified applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to travel are essential.
