Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to become a vital part of our team. This position is essential, as you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients and visitors.
As a Front Desk Officer, your key responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, managing phone calls, addressing inquiries, and overseeing appointment schedules. Additionally, you will perform various administrative tasks and contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for all.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. While previous experience in customer service is preferred, it is not mandatory.
