Job Description
LOKAL Ventures (Pvt.) Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Support Team Lead to oversee, support, and train our Customer Support Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), developing weekly schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and optimizing current systems to boost performance. A comprehensive understanding of our products and services is critical for this role.
Applicants should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have at least one year of experience in a junior managerial position within customer support or three to four years in operations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, are required.
