Job Description
IT Empire is on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated CRM Manager to enhance our team. In this position, you will be tasked with creating and executing effective CRM strategies, maintaining accurate and current customer data, analyzing customer insights for targeted segmentation, and streamlining CRM automation along with sales processes.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in CRM management or administration. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in CRM systems, possess strong data analysis capabilities, and exhibit excellent communication skills.
