Job Description
Steps Ahead Private Limited is seeking a committed Junior Manager Cold Chain to enhance our temperature-controlled logistics operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient management of cold chain processes, uphold product integrity, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transportation and storage of temperature-sensitive products.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP and GMP.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and suppliers.
- Leverage technology for real-time tracking of shipments.
- Train and manage warehouse staff effectively.
- Create analytical reports on operational performance.
Qualifications: A degree in Chemicals or Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of experience in cold chain logistics is preferred.
