Job Description
The Talent Connect is on the lookout for a dynamic Closer Agent tasked with negotiating and finalizing agreements with clients, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to completed sales. This position demands outstanding communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize all sales contracts.
- Negotiate with clients and address their concerns effectively.
- Review contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Follow up with leads, guiding them through the closing process.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate seamless closings.
- Meet or exceed designated sales targets.

Pay: Rs75,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
