Job Description
Alpha Technologies Inc. is excited to announce openings for passionate and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our Spectrum inbound services team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing incoming customer inquiries, delivering outstanding service, and providing support with billing, troubleshooting, and technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls related to Spectrum services.
- Assist customers with billing inquiries and troubleshooting tasks.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions.
