Job Description
We are looking for a highly qualified candidate with excellent communication skills and fluency in English to support our projects in the USA and UK. The ideal applicant will have a background in packaging and strong customer service abilities.
The key responsibilities for this role include managing phone calls, instant messages, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and collaborating with the estimation team to ensure timely quotes. The candidate will also be responsible for addressing customer complaints and ensuring prompt delivery of services.
This position operates from 8 PM to 5 AM, with weekends off, and offers a competitive salary range of Rs30,00.00 to Rs60,00.00 per month.
