Job Description
Arc Codes is on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Sales Closer to lead our Spectrum campaign. In our dynamic call center, you will engage directly with interested customers to finalize deals in real-time during live calls.
Salary Range: We offer a competitive salary complemented by performance-based incentives and commissions.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM, Full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively close deals during live calls using persuasive techniques.
- Establish rapport and clearly communicate the benefits of Spectrum’s offerings.
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining precise records in our CRM system.
Qualifications: A background in sales, outstanding communication skills, and a motivated approach are required.
