Job Description
Media Minds Solution is pleased to announce an HR internship tailored for female fresh graduates. This position offers a valuable chance to acquire hands-on experience in essential HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and payroll management.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily HR operations, including onboarding and documentation.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment efforts.
- Engage in process improvement projects.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- Recent graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
