Job Description
VIVE TECH SOLUTIONS T/A VIVE PRINTING LTD is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Order Processor. In this role, you will assist in processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders through various channels.
- Verify and enter order details accurately.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve order issues.
- Manage order cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain organized records and generate order reports.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Experience in order processing or customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
