Job Description
Faletti’s Grand Hotel Multan is seeking a dedicated and professional Guest Relation Officer. You will be responsible for making reservations and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Duties include greeting guests, assisting with inquiries, and providing information about hotel services and local amenities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
