Job Description
We are looking for experienced Virtual Assistants with expertise in Shopify Store Management and client support for UK-based customers via chats and emails.
This role includes tasks beyond emails, such as cost calculating, budgeting, and creating spreadsheets.
Requirements:
- Experience in Shopify/Wordpress or any online e-commerce platform.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Experience as an email Support Agent or similar role.
- Familiarity with help desk software and CRM systems.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday and either Saturday or Sunday on rotation.
Location: Johar Town Lahore near Emporium, onsite position.
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
