Job Description
We are Digitech Outsourcing Solution, currently seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. Your primary duties will include answering customer service inquiries via email, live chat, and phone, as well as participating in team meetings. Flexibility with shift timings is required.
Required skills include excellent English communication, good typing speed, and the ability to learn new systems. Preferred experience is 1 year in customer service.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 80,00, along with benefits and paid training.
