Job Description
TTC Amigos BPO is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to enhance our call center operations. In this role, you will:
- Design and conduct training sessions for new hires.
- Focus on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer interactions.
- Evaluate trainee progress and deliver constructive feedback.
- Update training materials to reflect current practices.
- Partner with management to address training gaps and boost team success.
Requirements include 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
